Orders will be sent using USPS First Class Mail and include Delivery Confirmation.
I also offer upgrades to USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express Mail
Packages are generally shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. Please see product details for made-to-order or pre-order items that may have longer lead times. I ship packages Monday – Friday; I do not ship every Saturday.
All domestic packages shipped USPS include Delivery Confirmation. If you require expedited shipping, please choose Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout.
I am happy to ship elsewhere in the world as long as there are no restrictions on jewelry. Express shipping is not offered internationally and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please contact me so we can coordinate shipping if your specific country is not available at checkout.

Orders shipping to Illinois residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt; items must be unused/unworn in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip and your return request email. Earrings may incur a $5 restocking fee to cover the replacement of ear wires. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and will be refunded their original shipping charge if I determine there was an error on my part or the item is defective. Limited One-Year Warranty
I stand behind my products, but many items are delicate so please treat your jewelry with care. Within one year of purchase, I will gladly repair or replace any piece that breaks under normal wear conditions (and was not damaged by improper handling) as long as I still have access to the original materials.
Warranty repairs will be completed at my discretion, and I cannot guarantee that I will be able to repair or replace your piece if it has been discontinued. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
If you require warranty assistance, contact me as soon as possible with a description of the issue and pictures (if possible). I will then determine the best course of action needed to remedy the situation. Please do not send your item back before contacting me.
If your jewelry is out of warranty, I are happy to provide an individual quote for repair costs as long as I have the required materials on hand.
